Step 1: Find the perfect property for you

We are partnered directly with over 65 A-Class builders in Australia, so we can ensure you get the best price, the best build, and the best Turn Key home for your money.

Search for your perfect property among the hundreds of listings available when you log in or create an account.

Our properties are COMPLETE and FULL-TURN KEY with the inclusions below:

● Lawn and landscaping
● Fencing
● Garage drive and paving
● Kitchen and bath tiled with cabinets and fixtures
● Blinds
● Air conditioning

We are turning over a ready-to-move-into house, not a bare-bones house with sheets at the windows and surrounded by dirt and an open yard.

Step 2: Add Property To Cart

Just like buying from an online store! Once you find the perfect property for you – add it to the cart!

What happens if I do not see the property I want to buy?

Fill out the Property Sourcing Form below and we will search for the location, budget, design, configuration etc with our panel of builders Australia-wide.

Step 3: Commitment Form

You will then be routed to complete a Commitment form to proceed with securing the financing options suitable to your financial capacity. This is an inclusive service and is the most critical part of getting you the property you deserve.

We have an in-house broker who will work with you with full confidentiality.

You will have to pay a $399 AUD commitment fee which is refundable if you do not proceed based on Finance, once you have paid the commitment form you will receive a process form that outlines what we will do for you.

Step 4: Finance And Grant Appraisal

We will start processing your finance and property acquisition journey. If you qualify for a government grant we will assist you with that process as well.

*Please note that in the Finance stage, our in-house broker will discuss applicable First Home Owner’s Grant and tax Depreciation savings for first home owners and investors as well.

Your account will have all the contracts and documents that need to be signed, and
you can view them or download them for recordkeeping anytime.

Step 5: Frame Stage And Cash Back

There are five payment stages of a building contract:
● Unconditional
● Slab or Base
● Frame
● Lockup
● Handover

We won’t wait until you turn over your home! Once we reach the FRAME stage in the build – we will pay the cashback to you.

Throughout the construction phase, we are with you, and you will be updated on what’s happening. You will be notified once your property has reached Frame Stage and we will ask you to supply us with an invoice to detail the account where to deposit the $10,000.

We will make sure that the independent handover report is conducted and that any items that do not reach standard are rectified properly before you can move into your new home.
